Retail Display Units

We started North Rustic Design with a simple notion – if you build high quality products at good prices we will stay busy. Sometimes it can be hard for people to realize that we are in the constant state of production on various projects. Our largest clients give us Purchase Orders typically 1-2 months in advance. And for our large seasonal gift crate orders from 3-6 months depending how many 1000’s they need in that particular year.

What happens when put together our wood crates for our clients? You get retail display units that are built to last the retail environment. We either fasten our displays together with wood screws if you need a permanent solution, or if you need to be able to put together and take a part, we use nuts, bolts, and washers. An interesting project was with the Boy Scouts. The Philmont Scout Ranch is a mecca of sorts. Our rolling retail display units were a perfect fit over the plastic cubes they had used to sell their t-shirts from. A beautiful logo on the sides of the crates made an eyesore into a retail display of awesome.

I still remember the day when we had made just enough money to buy our first forklift and had it delivered. I think that marked the day we were no longer a hobby shop, but a real company.
